Electronics Cooling is One Area of Concern
As technology advances, there is a lot less time available to get a product to market. There is also no shortage of competitors vying to be the latest and greatest. With the amount of competition and the design similarities for most devices, there is a growing need for expert witnesses as companies fight over patent rights. For example, the portable electronics market today seems to have a new device coming out every other week, if not sooner. Phones are no longer just for making and receiving calls.
