In particular, Mr. Ozarski has a special and unique skillset in High Voltage Engineering and High Power Laser. He has over 35 years of experience and demonstrated ability to take products from concept to production rapidly. Mr. Ozarski's industry experience includes Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, ETEC Systems, Applied Materials, and CYMER, Inc. His expertise is in providing business processes ranging from product portfolio management, to sales and marketing, improving risk management, operational efficiency and quality. His professional experience includes, Product Development & Research, Production Ramp-up, Strategic planning, Business Processes, Mergers and Acquisitions, Product marketing and Startups.

Mr. Ozarski holds sixteen patents covering multiple disciplines, including characterization of semiconductor resist material, film thickness measurement, photoresist absorption measurement, wafer positioning, crystal orientation for frequency conversion of laser pulses, Excimer laser design and patent pending in medical equipment for laser eye surgery.
He earned both MSEE and BSEE degrees at Wayne State University, Detroit Michigan.
