Dr. Davies has more than twenty five years experience in the semiconductor industry and has held various engineering design and management positions.

His expertise includes Plasma Technology, Etching RF and Microwave Power, Equipment design, Material analysis, Project Management, Vacuum and low temperature technology, Mathematical methods, Magnetism, Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, Optical Spectroscopy, Interferometry and Lasers, and Equipment automation and control.
Dr. Davies is also the founder of T D Systems, a provider of a range of technical services to clients in the Semiconductor industry. Prior to this, he was a university faculty member for thirteen years. His professional experience includes, SEMI standards alignment, Complete equipment system or subsystem design and construction, from R&D through to full manufacturing, Technical troubleshooting - providing and implementing solutions to problems where a broad interdisciplinary approach and analysis is needed but detailed solutions are required. He has also provided technical and expert assistance on patent litigation issues.
Patents
Dr. Davies holds four U.S. Patents and is published in a variety of scientific and research publications. He has authored a book on Physics: Electricity and Electrons.
Dr. Davies is an Oxford graduate with a D. Phil. in Mathematical Physics.
